The Silverton is clean and very comfortable. There are a few excellent options for food on site. The staff was always courteous and helpful. All The great value Silverton has to offer makes it worth paying for the occasional ride to and from the strip.

I booked a King Room, but was given a Room with two queen beds upon check in. The room was small and old. The carpet in front of the beds were bubbling. So much that I tripped while going to the bathroom at night. The bathroom was old and dirty. I am a 5ft 5in female and I could not wash my hair under the shower without bending. The shower was very low. This was not the resort room I thought I was booking.

Great service from all of the employees. The rooms were clean. I was a little disappointed they charge $16 per night for a mini fridge. My only real complaint is that the room door didn't close on its own. I could open it all the way and let it slam shut but it still wouldn't latch. I always had to make sure it was fully latched. That seems like a bit of a safety issue.

There was a constant smell of smoke and the decor appear dated. Our room also had a drainage issue in the bathtub. When requesting another blanket, all that I could get was extra sheets. However, despite the hotel itself, the staff was very pleasant except for the person who checked us out. She never asked how the stay was at checkout this question should be standard for this industry; this question provides the staff an opportunity to provide clarity, if applicable, to potentially prevent negative reviews.

Housekeeping came at about 9am. We had dnd until 10:30 did not come back and had to have trash pick up. When we left next day at least three rooms had trash put outside. Never experienced before w/stay. Perhaps cleaning should start at noon and only go to rooms in am that have checked out. We did not tip. We know short handed, but do not provide rooms if cannot keep up.

"Get Place for Mother/Daughter Adventure."

My Mom is older and not walking as well as she likes, we choose to stay here overnight since she had a doctors appointment in the morning and over doing a rush out of the house and long drive by car. We had a great time from cruising the buffet at dinner, to the wonderful room,and breakfsat at the cafe. While the bed was to high for my petite mom, she used her train case as a step. The room didn't have an extra plug in on the lamp for her sleep apnea machine, using the drink tray on the bed worked just fine with the plug in on the other side. My Mom enjoyed the room a great deal and it was better then others we have stayed at before. It was quiet at the bar, I could get some work done while my Mom settled into resting. She didn't rest, she was enjoying herself watching TV. She was overall happy and relaxed that's what mattered. I would recommend to anyone traveling with a Senior Parent or anyone really, it's a very nice hotel. Both Mom and I felt safe, everyone was very nice and friendly.

Stayed here because of free shuttle. Room price okay but $21 "resort free" was ridiculous (resort fee included "mattress, premium toiletries "—haha!). Airport shuttle was disorganized and shuttle was unprofessional. Food at Sundance restaurant in casino was very good and good service.
